Muller Communications Inc. is a copier, printer, and network specialist company based of Dothan Alabama. We were founded in 1985 and have provided reliable office equipment products and competent maintenance services for over thirty-eight years across Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.
In a support capacity, Muller Communications has four trained service technicians, two sales associates, two network support specialists, a delivery person, and three personnel dedicated to supplies, bookkeeping & service. We stock a full line of supplies and parts at our office in Dothan to provide support as quickly as possible.

Our sales department offers all-in-one [print+fax+scan+copy] printing solutions from HP, Canon, Ricoh, and Toshiba multi-function systems. Our team is trained to find the best product for your environment by analyzing paper/supplies usage and aiming to cut down overhead on printing costs. We quote our customers on an affordable and ideal machine for their office with intent to undercut expenses of non-commercial printing products.
Our three certified service technicians are able to diagnose and repair our four product lines. Muller Communications offers contractual maintenance agreements which cover all parts, labor, toner and supplies. These agreements prevent customers from having to come out of pocket for toner/ink costs, parts costs, labor charges, and mileage fees. Our service department [located in Dothan AL] guarantees a quick response time and is able to prioritize service calls unlike many corporate dealers.

Our I.T. department proudly provides network solutions for our customers upon request. We have two on and off-site I.T. personnel that work alongside our printers, copiers, and customers' networks. We offer Remote Monitoring, Email Hosting, Malware Management, Cloud Storage Solutions, and more.
